<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 대부분이다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 불어나고 있습니다면 구글이 가장 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>
<p>한00씨는 작년 6월 14일 통영 한 거리에서 50대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 전00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 830만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 전00씨와 다같이 자본을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
<p>김00씨는 전년 4월 12일 통영 한 거리에서 20대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 B씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 850만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 박00씨와 같이 금액을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
